Q:  What are the booth specifications?
A:  Booth includes an 8 foot high draped backdrop, 3 foot high side drapes, a 6 foot-long skirted table, 2 chairs and a 7´´ x 40´´ identification sign. Additional display materials are available through Expo Marketing, Inc's Show Decorating Department at an additional charge.
 
Q:  What are the different sizes of the booths available?
A:  Sizes vary from market to market. 8' x 8', 10' x 8', and 10' x10'. Singles, doubles. triples, and quads are available.
 
Q:  Are there any discounts available?
A:  Multi-market discounts ranging from 5% to 20% are available.
 
Q:  What is the anticipated audience size?
A:  5,000 / 16,000 consumers per 2-day event.
 
Q:  What are the Move-in days and Move-out days?
A:  Home and Garden Shows: move in is Friday at 1pm, move-out is Sunday at 4pm. Senior Expos: move in is at 2pm, move-out is at 3pm.
 
Q:  What is the payment arrangement?
A:  A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the lease agreement. The balance is due 15 days before the first day of each event. Payment can be in the form of a company check, cash or credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD).
